Warranty & Guarantee

COVEOACH Limited Warranty

Product Coverage, Care & Support

COVEOACH believes a modern sofa should arrive in suitable condition and meet reasonable expectations for its materials, finish, construction, and workmanship.

Our collection focuses on modern sofas, with attention to upholstery, seating surfaces, cushions, seams, frames, support components, and overall appearance. Products may be inspected before dispatch to help confirm their readiness for delivery.

Upholstered surfaces, stitching, connection points, legs, and other furniture components require appropriate handling. We take reasonable precautions when preparing orders for shipment.

If an eligible COVEOACH sofa arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or affected by another issue covered by this warranty, our customer support team will assess the information provided and identify an appropriate resolution.

01 — Coverage Period & Available Resolutions

Most eligible COVEOACH products include a 30-day limited warranty, calculated from the date the order is confirmed as delivered.

This warranty covers qualifying problems associated with manufacturing, materials, construction, assembly, and workmanship. Certain product failures that occur during reasonable normal use may also qualify.

For an approved claim, the available resolution may include:

  • Replacement of the affected product

  • An alternative replacement of comparable type and value

  • Store credit, where appropriate

  • Assistance with repairs, where reasonably available

  • A refund, where applicable and permitted

The appropriate solution depends on the circumstances of the claim. Normal wear, accidental damage, aging, misuse, and deterioration resulting from ordinary use are generally excluded.

02 — Issues Eligible for Review

Materials & Manufacturing

A defect affecting a sofa’s materials, upholstery, construction, assembly, or workmanship may qualify for coverage if it appears within the applicable warranty period.

The issue must not result from improper care, misuse, an accident, or unreasonable handling.

Upholstery, Seams & Attached Components

Manufacturing-related issues that may be eligible include:

  • Defective or improperly secured stitching

  • Faulty upholstery seams

  • Defective cushion-cover closures, where included

  • Loose trim or decorative details caused by faulty attachment

  • Incorrectly fitted upholstery components

  • Buttons, piping, or other attached details separating because of defective construction

  • Similar faults affecting included components

Coverage may apply when the problem is present upon delivery or develops during reasonable normal use as a result of a manufacturing defect.

Frame, Support & Construction

Certain structural or construction problems may qualify for assessment, including:

  • Abnormal separation at seams or joints

  • Faulty attachment or connection points

  • Improperly secured legs, supports, or other included components

  • Defective frame or support construction

  • Unusual separation of upholstery or attached elements

  • Other structural weaknesses unrelated to ordinary wear or customer handling

Damage Identified Upon Delivery

A COVEOACH sofa that arrives with torn upholstery, visible damage, missing components, defective construction, or another condition that prevents normal use may be eligible for review.

03 — Exclusions & Limitations

This limited warranty generally does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Upholstery pilling associated with regular use

  • Surface abrasion or scuffing

  • Natural aging of upholstery and other materials

  • Improper storage

  • Unsuitable washing or cleaning methods

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Accidents

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Unauthorized alterations

  • Modifications made after delivery

  • Excessive stretching or pulling of upholstery

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals

  • Excessive moisture

  • Improper maintenance

  • Customer-caused tearing or breakage

  • Snagging of upholstery

  • Crushing, excessive pressure, or overloading

  • Burns or other heat damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Other circumstances unrelated to a manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect

A claim may also be declined where reasonable evidence shows that misuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, improper treatment, or another excluded event materially affected the product’s condition or usable life.

04 — Reporting a Damaged or Incomplete Delivery

Please contact COVEOACH customer support as soon as reasonably possible if your sofa arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or without components that should have been included.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

  • Your order information

  • Your full name and contact details

  • A clear explanation of the problem

  • Clear photographs of the affected area

  • A short video if it better demonstrates the issue

  • Photographs of the parcel or packaging when transportation damage is involved

Depending on the problem, useful photographs or video may show:

  • Torn or damaged upholstery

  • Loose or defective stitching

  • Open seams

  • Detached trim or decorative details

  • Damaged cushion-cover closures, where applicable

  • Missing fittings, trim, or other included components

  • Incorrectly attached parts

  • Unusual deformation of cushions or structural components

  • Missing items or parts

  • Visible manufacturing defects

Keep the affected product, packaging, labels, and any detached or damaged components until our team has reviewed your request and explained the next steps.

05 — Requesting Warranty Assistance

Submit your warranty request to service@coveoach.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs. Please include video evidence when it would reasonably assist the review.

Our team will evaluate the information supplied to determine whether the reported problem meets the warranty conditions.

Reasonable verification may be required before a replacement, store credit, refund, repair assistance, or another resolution can be approved.

06 — Replacement Arrangements

When a warranty claim is approved, COVEOACH may offer a replacement or another suitable solution based on product availability and the circumstances of the case.

If the original sofa model, size, upholstery, color, configuration, or other variation is unavailable, an alternative resolution may include:

  • A similar product of comparable type and value

  • Store credit

  • Another reasonable solution appropriate to the claim

Any replacement product will be subject to the applicable warranty conditions associated with that replacement.

07 — Refunds Following a Warranty Review

An approved warranty claim does not automatically qualify for a full refund.

Refund eligibility is assessed with consideration of:

  • The nature of the defect

  • The product’s condition

  • The circumstances surrounding the claim

  • Applicable law

  • Relevant store policies

  • The terms of our Return & Refund Policy

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear depends on the original payment method and the processing procedures of your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment processor.

COVEOACH does not control the processing schedules of independent financial institutions.

08 — Warranty Claims & Other Return Requests

This warranty operates separately from our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty coverage primarily concerns eligible manufacturing defects, material faults, workmanship issues, construction defects, and certain qualifying product failures.

Requests based on non-defect reasons are generally assessed under the Return & Refund Policy. These may include:

  • A change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • A style that does not suit your space

  • A different color preference

  • Size, seating, or room-fit preferences

  • Other reasons unrelated to a defect

If the warranty period has expired, you may consult the Return & Refund Policy to check whether another return option is available.

09 — Suspected Transit Damage

Contact our customer support team if the shipping packaging or sofa appears damaged upon delivery.

We may request photographs of:

  • The outer parcel or shipping carton

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged COVEOACH product

  • The inner protective packaging

  • Any damaged components alongside their packaging

Retain the packaging and shipping materials until the review is complete. These materials can help establish whether the damage occurred during transportation.

10 — Caring for Your COVEOACH Sofa

Appropriate care can help maintain your sofa’s appearance, upholstery, construction, and usable life.

We recommend the following:

  • Handle upholstery and attached details gently.

  • Avoid unnecessary pulling or stretching of fabric and seams.

  • Keep sharp objects away from upholstered surfaces.

  • Minimize excessive rubbing and friction.

  • Follow the product-specific care and assembly instructions, where provided.

  • Keep upholstery and other surfaces away from harsh chemicals.

  • Avoid abrasive cleaners and cleaning tools.

  • Allow damp areas to dry fully before covering or storing the sofa.

  • Avoid high heat unless expressly permitted by the product’s care instructions.

  • Keep the sofa in a clean, dry environment.

  • Avoid prolonged compression that may deform cushions or upholstered details.

  • Do not use unauthorized repair methods.

  • Check seams, trim, legs, connections, and other included fittings periodically.

  • Use gentle cleaning methods suitable for the specific upholstery and materials.

Some upholstery and cushioning materials may develop minor surface or appearance changes through ordinary use. These natural changes do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

11 — Your Statutory Rights

This limited warranty is offered in addition to rights available under applicable consumer protection laws and our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing stated here removes, restricts, or waives a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If mandatory consumer protection rules provide additional rights or remedies beyond this warranty, those statutory protections remain applicable.
